Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, boxes, and accessories included.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to a delivery issue)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personal care items
  • Customised or special-order products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer:

  • Free exchange within 7 days
  • Replacement subject to stock availability
